Country Style Donuts

If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I decided to stop in as we love coffee and a REAL donut. We were not disappointed. Went back today for their delicious ice coffee and started chatting again with the owner. I told him we were in town for NY Eve and he asked where we were staying I told him. Well long story short he gave me a huge box filled with donuts for the Staff at the Hilton. Not only that, a very nuce young man (his son) helped me to my truck. From now on when we're down this part of Virgina we'll be stopping in. Support your family owned business. Jennifer

1/16 I called from short pump va. The sweetest, upbeat guy answered the phone and said yes the store was open and everything was fresh and good and he would be waiting on me. Just unbelievable fantastic service...the voice and the words u want to hear whenever u call a business. He was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I bet any business would love to have him. Thanks for making my day the doughnuts were great and the fantastic customer servicexmadevthem even better. Thanks

Country Style Donuts is a must get when in Richmond. So many options to choose from and sizes from small bites to jumbo. Prices are good, buy a dozen for the best value. My favorite is the old fashion donut not too sweet and nice crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. Don’t forget to pick up some coffee too. They have regular and dark roast. There is plenty of seating inside and outside.

If you like donuts, omg even if you don't like donuts you have to come here! We just moved to the Richmond area and while at lunch the other day someone recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Walked in on a snowy day to a line of 5 customers waiting at the counter and 1 associate happily helping the first customer. This guy was awesome (this was Sunday 1/16 morning) and was so accommodating taking customer after customer, frosting donuts he had sold through, and doing it with a smile. As I waited, customers continued to come in and when I left there were at least 8 more customers waiting! Now, to the donuts! I will say the pics make them look maybe a little dry but this is one time that THE PIC IS A LIE. The donuts were amazing, fresh, and most melted in your mouth. I don't even like glazed donuts and it was 100% my favorite. It was chef kiss good! There were so many varieties to choose from. We tried glazed, buttermilk, blueberry chip, apple cinnamon, coconut cake, Boston creme, glazed lemon, glazed chocolate, glazed custard, red velvet and raised maple. I grabbed a dozen to go and brought them home where we tried small bites of each one.
